Extended Agent Policy
For properties rented or sold through joint efforts with external agents, Begye Akazon Limited follows a commission-sharing policy in which the total commission is equally divided between Begye Akazon and the partnering agent.
Property Owner Terms
Property owners are encouraged to list their properties with us. Upon successful sale or rental: Owners agree to pay a 5% commission on sales Or a commission equal to one month’s rent for rentals We are committed to ensuring your property receives maximum exposure and reaches qualified buyers or tenants.
